I’ve read at least a hundred books on productivity and working well. Some have helped me with personal insights. Others were guides for me to help others. It’s only been in recent years, I have paid attention to the power of rest and play. I am loving so much of this book, especially the concept of deliberate rest.
💤 Rest is work’s partner. You cannot work well if you don’t rest well.

I found this author a few years ago & “Ruthlessly Eliminating Hurry” is a book I read every year.
📗 Knowledge is not the same thing as intelligence, which is still not the same thing as wisdom.
